Kicking off the Big Cheese Weekender from the Southern Hemisphere, is Franco Sessa, international cheese Judge, Academy of Cheese Training Partner and accomplished cheese monger.
To celebrate NZ Cheese Month, Franco will be taking you on a virtual guided tasting, curated by The Cheese Wheel.
You will travel with Franco, The Grand Gourmand himself, on a sensory journey around the different regions of New Zealand, to discover how cheese makers and terroir have shaped the many outstanding cheese varieties.
