White Lake Cheese have been making goat’s and cow’s milk cheese at Bagborough Farm in Pylle, Somerset since 2004. It is home to Roger Longman and his herd of 200 goats. Now producing a plethora of amazing award winning goat, sheep and Guernsey cow milk cheese; White Lake is a place of constant transformation and creativity where striving for excellence has become the norm.

Join Roger, a 3rd generation farm and founder of White Lake Cheese, to discover the maturation and affinage skills required for his award-winning hard and soft cheeses, which include Rachel, Driftwood and Solstice, amongst many more.

Once you’ve watched the video, you are invited to join a live Q&A session (via Instagram) to ask Roger any questions you have about his exquisite cheeses.
