This webinar is mainly in the English language, but Kanako will be happy to get some questions and answer them in Japanese!

Cheese suggestion to buy:

  • Young / Fresh Goat Cheese Such as Perroche, any Goat Curd or Sinodun Hill
  • Ash-coated Soft Goat such as Brightwell Ash, Dorstone
  • Blue Stilton
  • Graceburn
  • Cloth-bound Cheddar

Japanese food / drinks to be paired;

  • Japanese Green Tea (Sencha)
  • Yuzu Jam (or Yuzu Juice and Honey)
  • Miso
  • Sake

You can find these at most Oriental stores, or major supermarkets.
