Wine, dine and unwind at our Saturday night headliner, with British cheese masters, Clawson. Discover the ideal wine pairings for their fine cheeses, Blue Stilton PDO, Rutland Red and Blue Shropshire that will delight your guests and add colour to your festive cheeseboard.

Join Clawson Production & Quality Director, Kim Kettle and expert WSET Level 3 Sommelier, Anna Clarkson from the Lincoln Wine Club, for this wonderful cheese and wine tasting event and learn how to pair these three classic British cheeses with wine and non-alcoholic beverages.

About Clawson

Long Clawson Dairy has been making English cheeses for over a century, and continue to use the same methods that the founders used to produce award-winning cheese. Headquartered in a former public house, the dairy was established by 12 farmers in 1912. To this day, it remains a co-operative run largely by the farmers who continue to supply the milk that goes into their range of 100% British cheeses.
