The Cheeses

The four cheeses, hand-picked by Rupert Linton, Head of Cheese at Brindisa, are some of the finest artisan cheeses and reflect the exceptional range that hail from all over the country: from the mountainous hills of Asturia in the North, to the central plateaus of La Mancha, south of Madrid.
