It’s not all about Manchego! Come and savour the whole essence of Spain with Brindisa cheese expert, Lucas. Join Lucas in this one-hour gastronomic celebration of authentic Spanish cheese and learn how to effortlessly impress your guests with these four delicious Spanish cheese and drinks pairings.
Join us at the Guild of Fine Food London kitchen, located near Borough Market, to explore a variety of artisanal Spanish cheeses, gain knowledge about their origins, and discover how to transform them into delectable appetizers.
The Cheeses
The four cheeses, hand-picked by Rupert Linton, Head of Cheese at Brindisa, are some of the finest artisan cheeses and reflect the exceptional range that hail from all over the country: from the mountainous hills of Asturia in the North, to the central plateaus of La Mancha, south of Madrid.

About Brindisa
