And it’s over to you, our cheese-loving audience. This is your opportunity to put your questions to our live panel of cheese experts.
Have you ever wondered what are the best ways to look after your cheese? Or wished you knew what else to do with your leftover Christmas cheese? Or maybe you just need a little advice over which cheeses to serve your guests this festive season.
Hosting this interactive event is Ned Palmer, “the UK’s leading expert on cheese and author of “A Cheesemonger’s History of the British Isles” and “A Cheesemonger’s Compendium of British and Irish Cheese”.
Ned will be joined by Ruth Raskin, Head of Cheese Care & Quality at The Fine Cheese Co, Claire Burt, founder of Burt’s Cheese and Catherine Temple from Mrs Temple’s Cheese to answer all the the questions that you ever wanted to ask about cheese.
