PETER’S YARD
Spin the Cheese Wheel: A Flavour-Charged Pairing Masterclass with Patrick McGuigan
2pm (BST) Sunday 15th October: in-person event
About this event
This in-person masterclass, live from The George IV, right on Chiswick Cheese Market includes tasting six exquisite cheeses and accompaniments.
Join us on this fun and interactive cheese tasting and learn how to build a flavour-charged cheese board with all the best accompaniments.
An interactive tasting with Patrick McGuigan
Cheeses have a natural affinity to certain tastes and textures. Some crackers, for example, help to pick out and turbo-boost those subtle flavour notes, whilst others offer the perfect texture with just the right amount of crunch.
With the help of renowned cheese expert, Patrick McGuigan, and our friends at Peter’s Yard, we will inspire ideas for accompaniments that perfectly contrast and complement the flavours and textures in cheese. So whether it’s a crumbly, pungent or hard cheese on your festive cheeseboard, we’ll show you the perfect accompaniment to serve.
Refreshments are included and each guest will receive a Peter’s Yard tote bag and crackers. Will you be picked to Spin The Peter’s Yard Cheese Wheel?
