Peterâ€™s Yard combine Swedish tradition with British craft and natural, quality ingredients to create their hand-baked sourdough crackers. Each batch begins with their 45-year-old sourdough starter, which is fermented for 16 hours for a unique, subtle flavour. Made in their craft bakery in London, every product in the range is crafted without shortcuts or artificial ingredients for award-winning flavour and crunch. From 2020 3-star Great Taste award-winner Fig & Spelt to the striking Rye & Charcoal, each recipe has been designed to complement a different style of cheese. Savour the crunch.
